Worry Free
Worry Free is a monthly paid insurance policy offering immediate protection against accidental damage and theft, as well as cover for breakdown after the manufacturer’s warranty ends. Worry Free is purchased at point of sale and the policy renews each year.
Protect Plus
Protect Plus is an insurance policy which is designed to complement a device’s manufacturer’s warranty. Cover includes immediate protection against accidental damage and breakdown cover after the manufacturer’s warranty ends. Protect Plus is paid upfront at point of sale and the policy does not renew.
ReSolve
ReSolve is D&G’s replacement program. This is an insurance policy offering customers an instant replacement when their small appliance/ device breaks down (after their manufacturer’s warranty ends). ReSolve is paid upfront at point of sale and the policy does not renew.
Appliance Protect
Appliance Protect is a twelve month renewable insurance policy that offers your customers accidental damage and breakdown cover for an out of warranty appliance.
Appliance Assist
Appliance Assist is an insurance policy that covers all your customer’s major domestic appliances against call-out and labour costs.
Appliance Assist Plus
Appliance Assist Plus lets customers tailor their insurance policy and protect multiple appliances against the cost of repairs or replacements.
Repair & Protect
Repair & Protect offers your customers a fix for their broken appliance plus protection against future problems for a monthly price.
e-Protect Plus
e-Protect Plus is an insurance policy which is paid for monthly, which gives protection against accidental damage and mechanical and electrical breakdown. Cover is available on products where the manufacturer’s warranty has expired, and the appliance is not over eight years of age. e-Protect plus is purchased online and the policy renews each year.
